With the little bit of rain we got at the end of last week, cal fire says they are keeping their guard up, looking for those hot spots. We have over 400 people out here working on the fire lines. Reinforce the containment. Make sure any hot spot is found and put out. Reporter the crews are clearly on high alert as a result of the heat and following those north bay wildfires. I want to point out the school is one of the many schools that were damaged as a result of the wildfires. All 20 schools in the district had to close as a result. Half of the schools will reopen on friday, the other half on monday. Live in santa rosa, pete suratos for today in the bay. Hopefully, it brings a little bit of normalcy for those kids.
