San jose firefighters put out three small fires alongside southbound 680. That is near hofstetter. One fire came close to the homes near the interstate. Investigators are con sincvince fires were intentionally set. A suspect was seen on the bicycle at the crossing over 680. Again, within the past hour, police did take someone into custody. When backup arrived, he had the deputy by the leg. You saw that earlier.
