By 1 30 tomorrow afternoon its moving through the north bay and approaching

and oakland. So early afternoon for tomorrow is when we will start to see that rain moving in. It makes its southward progress into the south bay by the evening commute for tomorrow and then it will still have scattered showers staying with us through thursday. Off and on rain expected until early on friday morning. Looking at the possibility of getting at least a half inch of rain for much of the bay area. There may be spots getting an inch of rain or more, especially as you head through the east bay and farther to the north. While we get rain the sierra has the potential to get a couple of feet of snow in some of the higher elevations. At lake level we may get up to 15 inches of snow and this is going to be a fairly strong storm producing some gusty winds for the sierra. For us we will have that round of rain moving in, scattered showers continuing into thursday and then by friday its all clear. It will be cool, though, behind this system and then it gradually warms up as we go into the weekend with sunshine in the forecast through at least early next week. The family of those girls are making the decision no parent ever wants to. They took their twoyearold daughter off life support. It happened yesterday. In her death
