Shots fired around night inside this Service Center and when the first officers got here they found a man on the ground who apparently shot himself. He had a gun in his hand. Inside the dealership they found two other men dead. Police sources told us the shooter is a former employee who was fired yesterday. You can imagine, a frightening scene with people running from the building. We spoke to one witness who said one of the possible victims was a great guy who leaves behind a family. New this morning, california is ending its use of out of state prisons. The final 33 inmates were just transferred back to the state from a private prison in arizona.
