But fuses on the pole did not blow, which makes him wonder how the fire could possibly have started on the zink propertys flawed system. With the fuses blown, there is no electricity going to the residence. So substandard wiring or not, there is no power to it. And, so, the substandard wiring doesnt matter after the fuses blow. With everything that was going on in the storm, you are not going to find everything out that youd like to. But cal fire does suggest the fire might have been sparked before the power went down. Any evidence of that, his report says, was destroyed by the fire itself.
