The lake looks healthy, but its far from full. Currently just 42 of capacity. Thats the same level we saw the last week of november before all the talk of atmospheric rivers. It looks really good and we says Low Reservoir levels now is a good thing as long as the rain keeps coming. Thats good news at the beginning of the rain season because thats a lot of room for the rain to get in there and a lot of room to run for us to collect water in the reservoirs. Reporter this break in the weather is a good thing. It allows their crews to clear debris on creek beds and river beds. That way water can flow freely from here downstream. And just in case this becomes an extremely wet winter, First Responders and allied agencies met today to strategize on how to best respond to flood emergencies.
