More than 170 people quarantines at controversy air force base in fairfield will finally get to go home. Theyre part of the first wave of people being monitored at the military installation. Theyre expected to be released and reunited this morning. So far the virus has killed nearly 1900 people worldwide and has infected more than 72,000. Thom jensen is at Travis Air Force base with more on the release coming up in about 30 minutes. The search continues for the missing palo alto couple who disappeared. Search crews are facing a big challenge in the north bay. Looking for 77yearold Carol Kiparsky and 72yearold husband ian irwin. The couple was reported missing on saturday with when they failed to check out of the inverness airbnb and left behind hiking gear and phones and car. Were hoping that we could at least get a normal amount of rain for the month of march. Because as you could see here, we continue on the next seven days with some dry weather and even that slight chance we had on sunday doesnt look like it will happen. We have one lane open and there is debris and it sounds like one of the cars involved hit the barrels, the yellow barrels at the offramp where the roadway splits so there is cleanup there as well.
