So we are highlighting all of these areas above 1,000 feet especially where the humidity will be lowest and the winds will be highest as we also are looking at parts of the east bay, the Santa Cruz Mountains where we may have gusts in our upper elevations up to 50 Miles Per Hour during this time frame. We look what is going on now. So far the winds speeds have been fairly light but measured some wind gusts made it up to 28 miles an hour in parts of the east bay. San francisco had a gust of 22 and something we will monitor tonight because a lot of our computer models showing that we will see some high wind speeds and its not going to be as high in some of the valleys but our upper elevations will have to closely monitor those areas. Meteorologists are forecasting low humidities and 40mileanhour wind gusts. The hospital was coming in they were successfully to rescue that person to another boat. The individual was transferred to be looked at at the hospital but, believe it or not he was okay. That individual was still not verbally communicating with us. Our rescue swimmers in the water in the dark in the surf were able to go between two large rocks and when a large wave came in they were able to kind of be lifted up and grab ahold of this individual. We are still looking at some High Pressure developing and setting up just to our west. Its providing those northerly winds but we are also seeing a couple of storm systems passing to our north and when you get High Pressure close by, some low pressure it makes the winds rush by fairly quickly and we are going to have a couple of setups and scenarios overthe next several days where we will have burst of wind even as our temperatures come down.
