Those rain chances are going to be a little tough to find. First lets take you outside. It is fairly chilly out there. Weve had this in the last few evenings, temperatures cooling quickly as we dropped into the 40s in morgan hill and napa already. In san jose we had a pretty nice sunset. Hopefully we had a chance to catch that. Similar conditions in livermore, a bit of breeze out of the east down to 51 degrees, and San Francisco that was a spot that had a good view on the sunset. 58 degrees. So for the morning typical of what weve seen the last couple of mornings, chilly start. Ucaya and santa rosa down to some near freezing temperatures there for the morning. 40s elsewhere closer to the bay. 40 near san jose. Notice the cloud cover on the increase, so its going to be a little different tomorrow. Not just the high clouds but an increase in midlevel clouds at least for part of the north bay around ucaya northward may see a slight chance of a few showers. Look how this thing kind of falls apart on approach. Those clouds fizzle out as they approach the coast there. Best chances come after sundown tomorrow night, but you can see really nothing showing up around the bay area including the north bay. We typically get something for areas north of sonoma county. Really nothing showing for the next 24 hours. San francisco, chilly mornings, mild afternoon. So it longrange outlook now that takes us through december 7th. And fortunately is trending that way. Thats a reversal of the trend we had earlier this week, so that isnt is best news especially when you consider november, december is usually the first into the Second Quarter of our rain season. So this isnt the best pattern to have. It may be pleasant for thanksgiving plans, sheltering at home, staying at home this particular holiday weekend, but lets hope that rain can make a comeback. What you just saw indicates this could we a 7 to 14 day stretch and plus well also have to watch those winds. Pretty nice for the holiday. Hopefully gets more rain in here heading into december.
