Is he sharing anything about the plan of attack against the indictment, why they are trying to slow things down . Yes. Weve got three different legal theories. I say they are different, i dont know if he can use them on the courtroom. On the one hand, he claims it is a First Amendment case, although it is pretty clear, without the title in charge, i dont see it its hard to believe that the First Amendment defensively works in the courtroom. And that is more political defense and political spin. He floated the idea of well, he was only acting on the sound legal advice he got from his, he called john eastman, one of the coconspirators, and esteemed legal scholar. So, one of the defenses maybe he got bad advice from lawyers. Now, he would have to take the stand for that, which is something i pointed out to him and john lauro indicated he didnt think he had to put mr. Trump on the thing to do that, which tells you he doesnt want to put to trump on the stand. The third thing is this idea, well, thats happened while trump was president was long standing Justice Department policy that you cant be charged with a crime based on actions you took as president. The question is whether it actually took, as the head of the executive branch or was it done as an individual to remain head of the executive branch is going to be there. I think the idea is lets see if this sticks, lets see if this sticks. And he also floated the idea of relitigating the 2020 election. I dont think all of those legal defenses will be used once they end up in court. Oh my goodness. That is a lot of spaghetti to throw at the wall and see what sticks.
