He was killed yesterday when the small plane he was flying crashed into the gulf of mexico. The plane was made for inexperienced pilots like halladay, and he was one of the first to fly it. We know roy is a person, a caring husband who loved his wife randi. He loved his two boys tremendously. Before retiring from baseball four years ago halladay was known as a dominant pitcher.
