We have breaking news this morning, a Violent Crime spree and shots fired at police in Alameda County. We are told the suspect burglarized a business in hayward. There is still a lot of Police Activity following a burglary that happened around 12 30 this morning that led to a Police Shooting and it is turned into a search in oakland for the suspect. Around 12 45 this morning, there was reportedly a burglary at one of the nearby businesses. Hayward police got on scene and the suspect started shooting at officers. It is unclear if officers fired back. No officers or bystanders were hurt. It is unclear if an alleged burglar was shot. Two suspects that allegedly jumped into a car started in pursuit through hayward into san leandro and ended at the border of san leandro in oakland at 106 and bancroft. Thats where a search is happening right now. Both suspect apparently got out of the car near the intersection and started running. Hayward Police Say One of the suspect has been arrested, but right now, it looks like they are still searching for possibly more suspect. Breaking news right now, taking a live look where there is a Homicide Investigation in San Mateo County near redwood city. A man was found dead along the side of the road overnight. This is at skyline boulevard near reeds roost road. A good section of skyline boulevard is closed right now. We dont know when it will reopen as investigators continue to comb the scene. They have called in the crime scene and blocked it off. Now they are telling anyone who lives around the area of skyline and reeds roost road that if anybody knocks on your door that is not law enforcement, if you dont know the person, do not answer it. Call 911. There appears to be a suspect on the loose at this point. The other breaking news recovering from overnight is a man was found shot and killed on 680 in milpitas. This was found around 11 00 when the officers went to the area after reports of shots fired. The shutdown 680 for about four hours in the man who was found dead in his car was in his 20s. And at this point, they have not released any suspect information on who they may be looking for. 680 is back open right now, but the investigation continues. Developing in Alameda County, inspectors will be at the scene of a violent home explosion in union city. This happen on elizabeth way around 8 00 last night. A family of five was home at the time. Firefighters say that they were storing two large canisters with butane inside the home. One of the canisters was leaking. And it found an ignition source inside the residence which caused the explosion, which it appears to be. The parties tell us that two people are injured and one of them suffered severe burns and three others escaped unharmed. Investigators believe that the blast was an accident.
