I heard gunshots, and then i took my kid and my wife into the bedroom to hide. Reporter neighbor alan bui said he heard shouting, arguing and then rapid gunfire. About a half dozen shots. Thats when his neighbor climbed the fence, and spotted his open sliding glass door. The wife ran into my house, and then she locked the door in my kids room. I ran outside to close the door. I saw him looking for his wife after i heard five or six shots. Reporter someone called 911. Reporter what did she say to you . She didnt talk to me. I was upset because what are you doing running into thes house . I have a 5yearold here. She knows that. Why are you coming into this house with your husband chasing you . Reporter San Jose Police arrived to a chaotic scene. Three people managed to escape, giving officers clues about the carnage inside. Police could see the victim wounded, but still moving at the time. We decided to affect a rescue. They rescued a man and a woman, who were transported to a local hospital. They died a short time later. Reporter heavily armed officers detonated a concussion grenade and entered the house. The gunman had already shot himself dead. Thats when they made the grim discovery. Another two women found shot to death inside. The coroner has not released the name of the gunman or the victims. Kiet do, kpix 5. In san mateo county, the family of the victims got their first look at the man accused of ambushing and fatally stabbing two men in the woods. 26yearold Malik Dosouqi, who faces the Death Penalty if convicted, was denied bail at a Court Hearing today. He is accused of killing Abdulmalek Nasher on skyline boulevard last week. Just 24 hours later, a second victim was found bleeding to death nearby. Prosecutors believe Malik Dosouqi posed as a motorist in distress to lure the victims into a secluded area. His wife is crying all this guy really destroyed the whole town. Reporter investigators are still searching for a motive. The suspect is due back in court in july. All lanes along westmount 580 are back open after a brush fire snarled the easy commute. His passenger was San Francisco resident sela henriquez. Security camera footage captured the violent crash. The lyft riders car eases into the intersection and then moments later, its sideswiped. The other driver ran a red light, ran from the scene and left the vehicle behind. So far, no description of the suspect. Its a very tragic situation. Hopefully, we can find surveillance footage, witnesses, anything to bring this guy to justice. Lyft told kpix 5, we are deeply saddened by this tragic accident resulting in a loss of life.
