In Santa Clara County, supervisors gathered outside of the building to raise the American Flag and the california flag to full staff. They were lowered to remember those who were killed when a gunman opened fire in gilroy. The family one of those victims, a 13yearold was also there. It is time that we step and address it once and for all. We cannot live like this as americans in a free and democratic society.
