The fires burned 128 acres in rugged terrain in the hills east of milpitas. Graham allegedly boarded a plane in missouri and flew across country, landing in san jose and setting fires the next day. Flew into town on thursday into san jose, set the fires on friday and saturday and had plans to return to missouri. Reporter graham allegedly drove a car along the narrow winding roads between at 11 park and calaveras reservoir, starting fires as he went. They were set with a fire, setting paper on fire and throwing it out the window of the car. Reporter a witness who became suspicious after spotting his cars near the fire stearney license plate over to investigators.
