This could have been prevented if the city would have cleaned the drawings. Reporter residents tell us the last time they saw flooding this bad was about six years ago. Now, many residents are taking stock of the damage right now, many of them telling us their garages, the bottom floor of their homes are completely damaged. They are looking at tens of thousands of dollars in damages so far. They tell us that this area sits at the bottom of four hills. Three People Killed when a vehicle hit a tree near the orinda bart station. That is what is left of the car may 2009 nissan versa. A Police Shooting in San Franciscos Mission District put an officer and burglary suspect in the hospital. It happened just after 8 30 this morning near 23rd and cap. Devon feeling has the details. Reporter police say the man shot by officers today was a suspect in a breakin. He had apparently broken into a home or business with someone trapped inside. This suspect broke into a residence that was occupied at the time. Reporter investigators say the two officers were responding to a 911 call about that breakin with a ran into the suspect. The officers say he was armed. The suspect then attacked and injured an officer. An officer involved shooting ensued. Reporter the Police Department would not say what kind of suspect the suspect allegedly had, or if it was recovered at the scene. Witnesses say the suspect was shot several times. He just started shooting and he shot like four or five times and stopped, and shot him another two or three times. Reporter both the suspect and injured officer rushed to the hospital. Eventually, even the chief of police visited the theme of this latest officer involved shooting.
