In fact theres an overpass thats shut down where that Police Activity is happening. Its the overpass at magazine street and lincoln road. You can see officers standing on that overpass there working to develop that situation and resolve that, but there is no time on when that will be wrapped up. In the meantime, commuters who are stuck in that back up are going to be dealing with it for likely, maybe more than an hour. In fact you can see in the southbound direction on i80 headed towards the bridge there, the purple shows that theyre stopped, the red means below 10 miles per hour, and youre backed up almost all the way to 37.
