We are actually going to go back and propose to build terminal c once again and tlut the three terminals well build up to 42 gates. We are proposing to provide more long term and short term parking for our travelers and an airport hotel. The airport still owes more than a billion of the last billion and a half in expansion costs. A couple years ago they restructured their bonds. In the next three to four years their payment drops by about 12 million. That leaves 12 million in excess bond payments. So that is at the end of the day its my job to hold city hall accountable to make sure that we move the needle on this crisis. The audit seeks to find hard data on how many encampments there are. The cost of the current encampment Management Program , if they comply with city policy and determine if contractors are helping permanently house the homeless. Is the city monitoring those contracts to ensure that the services are being provide. Ruby says she also intends to measure equity and give the homeless a voice in what works for them.
