Do you have any plans at this point to shut down highways for any points of venture into and out of california either at the Mexican Border or at borders with other states . We have no plans at this moment. We havent even discussed any planning along these lines. We have a scenario with the federal government. There is a variant of that in Southern California on the border that was anticipated by the administration. We are in real time adjusting to the concerns. I am very worried about National Capacity with our air Traffic Controllers to stay healthy, to make sure that the logistic folks stay healthy and all those things will force us to adjust in realtime. We put out 500 National Guard not to shut anything down were for enforcement operations but humanitarian work to provide for the food banks. I should note, we have seen the number of volunteers drop just in our backyard. Two days ago they were down 65 of their volunteers. We have a whole volunteer effort and the National Guard is part of that and is remarkable. The young men and women that are out there getting on those trucks to make sure supplies are taking off the shelves and making sure folks are getting appropriate deliveries from the centralized station and making sure the last delivery is occurring but they are also gearing up for the extent necessary to help provide mutual aid that i spoke about a few days ago. Make sure that the highways are effective and make sure people have confidence as they should in the food delivery and procurement in the state of california. I wanted to followup to the question about the restrictions you mentioned. Is there a scenario where we could get some sort of order restricting access are shutting down forests, beaches or those type of spaces. I hope not because that would defeat the purpose of me in this moment. I have more confidence in the people of the state of california. This is a remarkable moment. The largest state. We move first to begin this kind of home isolation. It is going to take a little bit of time. We are not 48 hours into the process. We are going to see how that plays out in the next days. Is incumbent upon all of us to move quickly to change behaviors but i want people to feel free to walk their dog. I just dont want them to walk their dogs where there is others concentrated. Feel free to take a deep breath. Fresh air and get some exercise. Take a nice walk. Hike out in nature. Walk along the beach but not with thousands of others. It is not a mixed message but simple common sense. Common sense is in abundance. Most of us started to develop that through trial and error and Good Parenting but also social pressure and not Law Enforcement but there is also scenarios where there is abuse or ignorance or neglect and just as our parents did we have to admonish her that and we will use the number of tools we have in our toolkit to do that. So that is the last question. Let me thank everybody again for their patience. Thank you for your flexibility and capacity of understanding. In closing, thank you for the sense of spirit and pride that everybody is instilling in me and many others all across this state. This is remarkable and the people of california are meeting this moment overwhelmingly and i recognize that i have be inficeor many years and you cannot legislate spirit or pride. It doesnt come through the Emergency Declaration but through the acts of individual kindness and decency of people that stand taller than anybody else by bending on one knee to help lift other people. Lets keep lifting each other up and meet this moment had on. I look forward to continuing this conversation. Thank you, everybody. You have been watching the press conference with Governor Newsom.
