Reporter days after the shooting death of Rayshard Brooks, former Atlanta Police officer Garrett Rolfe learned he is facing 11 charges including felony murder and aggravated assault with offir rolftiwere ena drive through of the wendys. The officers spoke with brooks for some time. Then he failed a field sobriety test. And rolfe attempted to make an arrest. Brooks got one of the officers tasers and ran. Rolfe gave chase and shot brooks in the back. For some period of two minutes and 12 was no medical attention applied to mr. Brooks. What we discovered is during the two minutes and 12 seconds that officer rolfe actually kicked mr. Brooks while he laid on the ground.
