Just in time for the first days of summertime, the june gloom along the coast, plenty of sunshine over downtown and warm, even hot temperatures further inland. This is a pattern we are in throughout the upcoming work week not much changed in that overall big picture pattern. Warm to hot inland, mild around the bay, cool with more clouds and sunshine along the coast. Every once in a while things will shift around just a little bit, lets get into the details. Heres what it looks like right now looking to the north. The Golden Gate Bridge is in there somewhere but that fog has thickened up and continues to spread through the golden gate. Low 60s right now downtown, 63 degrees and only 59 degrees at half moon bay. 70 in oakland and then the hotter temperatures. Middleground right around 80 degrees but just about 90 right now in livermore and concord. Those temperatures especially for the trivalley warmer than they were at this point yesterday. That southerly wind has pulled the cooler air up into sonoma county, napa county, a little for marin county but cooler for santa rosa and napa compared to 72 hours ago. We see that fog spread further inland as we go into tomorrow morning. Its not going to last all day, it will retreat back to the coast like it did today. The sun will break through. Future cast even optimistically trying to get the sun to pick the right along the coast tomorrow afternoon. That would help to boost temperatures just a little bit more. The fog spreads back inland and by wednesday morning we see the same pattern repeating itself every day this week with temperatures pretty similar each day throughout the upcoming week. Temperatures tonight dropping into the 50s which is pretty close to normal the sum of year. Mid to upper 50s with the warmers spots upper inland. Highs tomorrow all over with low 60s along the coast, mid to upper 60s and low 70s right around the bay with low to mid 80s, even upper 80s for the santa clara valley, lower half of the 80s around the south bay. Contra costa, Alameda County and Solano County as well with a high of 89 degrees tomorrow. The north a little warmer, southerly wind is still a factor but not bringing as much of the cooler air into sonoma and napa counties on wednesday.
