His family believes that there is enough evidence to arrest the Police Officers involved. The shooting happened in late april. Callers called 911 claiming the man was running around walmart with a baseball bat. Police body cam video shows what unfolded. It may be hard to watch. Taylor was tazed by officers not once, but twice. Moments before, he was shot and killed. Police say they had to open fire because taylor continued to wave the bat used too much force too quickly. Officers were detaining two men inside a parked car when a gold ford suddenly made a uturn towards the officer. One officer claims to have opened fire at the car believing the driver was trying to hit him. The 17yearold driver from stockton was grazed by a bullet and taken into custody after crashing his car. Grant colfax from the Public Health department described as an orange level for the city putting the brakes on some reopening. The plan to reopen a swath of higher risk businesses is on hold after sobering, new case numbers across San Francisco. We have seen an increase in the numbers by over 100 new patients. Reporter everything that has already reopened can remain open, but places like museums, hair salons, nail salons, outdoor bars and even the zoo will not get a green light to open on monday. The variance to reopen from the state of california came thursday afternoon moving up salons reopening from midjuly to monday. It is frustrating, but i think we also need a little bit more time to prepare. I think it was a lot of it seemed like it was a lot of scrambling for the last couple of days. These officers are entering the force at a time when Many Americans view police as maybe fueling the cycle of racial injustice.
