It is a little better for san rafael and San Francisco and napa and fairfield and concord. You are in the very unhealthy category. There are some improvements coming our way. We are still looking at that spare the air alert going a record 29 days in a row without a smoky skies however we will see a little bit of blue in spots this afternoon as there are parts of the bay area. To the next couple of days, or the next few days, we will start to see even better air quality for everyone. I will talk about that coming up in a few minutes. It was supposed be cleared about half an hour ago but they are running a little late. Traffic is backed up around southbound 680 from concord into Pleasant Hill and walnut creek. If you plan on taking 880, the minutes freeway, you will see some brake lights and it is looking better if you want to use that through oakland and south of there, they are clearing the crash on southbound 880 at 238. We have some breaking news, Big Development in the killing of breonna taylor. It looks like the city of louisville has reached a settlement with her family in this case. That is more than six months after taylor died. Our affiliate is reporting that there is an agreement to a substantial financial settlement with the family of breonna taylor. She was the black emt killed by police, serving a no knock warrant. It was part of a narcotics investigation but no drugs were ever found in her apartment. We are hearing there will be official announcement later today and it may also include reforms to the warrant process forcing officers to go to extra layers of approval from a Police Commander before they serve a warrant on a suspect. At the same time, there is a grand jury still considering criminal charges in this case. One of three officers involved has been dismissed but no criminal charges have been filed.
