Professional rock climber Emily Harrington from tahoe city, scaled the 3000 foot granite wall of el capitan in under 24 hours. The 34yearold is the fourth woman to ever free climb el capitan in the first to do so using the golden gate route. Harrington says she is not a big believer in beating her nerves or conquering fear, rather, she prefers to work through those emotions.
