It is not just hospitals that get slammed, it is places like this, these free testing sites. It is appointment only and that is impossible to get at the moment. Those have been cleared but i am getting first reports of a couple of new accidents here, one westbound on 580 and another as you approach at dublin interchange on the westbound side of 580. That is adding to an already busy ride for the drive into the altamont pass. We are seeing travel times inching up again. No brake lights right now on the east shore freeway. Highway 4 is clear as well. If you are taking 84 vallecitos , we are seeing some brake lights as well. I am getting reports of a new crash on south 680. Delays are popping up on our sensors.
