Get ready to slow down. The board has just voted to lower speeds to 25 to 20 Miles Per Hour in some parts of the city. The changes affect nearly two dozen streets in fishermans wharf, north beach, chinatown and union square. A spokesperson says drivers typically drive 20 Miles Per Hour on the streets already. Taking alive look at the bay bridge toll plaza, two new programs will soon help drivers with outstanding toll fees and violations. Fasttrack will offer a payment plan and a waiver for penalties.
