Structures include homes and outbuildings. Evacuations are in effect for the entire town and a nearby interstate is closed in both directions. The cause is not known yet. Flooded streets throughout l. A. , Southern California through Orange County and san diego are in this. As far as the wind, gusts to 40 Miles Per Hour or more. The closer you are to the center, the stronger the wind. We could see gusts higher than 40. That is the story in Southern California. Here at home we have an aspect. We will not experience anywhere near the intensity of Southern California but hillary will throw us leftovers in terms of showers tomorrow. Here is the way that plays out. That is monday morning. You can see some left over showers getting pulled into the bay. This is an update to the forecast from 24 hours ago. It looks a little more likely that we will get some rain. Look at monday morning and this big plume of smoke that got pulled down the coast and caught in the onshore flow and some of that gets pulled into the bay.
