Reporter saturday afternoon, a car crashed into the bus stop, witnesses say the elderly driver, who has been identified by the District Attorneys Office as 78yearold mary fong low was driving between 50 and 70 miles an hour in the wrong direction. They say there was no signs of braking and no skid mashes on the road. She hit a family of four waiting for a bus, killing the father, mother, and toddler. Another son, who is about two months old is still in the hospital. Ma are rcos says as a father himself he was heartbroken about the news, he tries to be proactive and protect his son. That is the next rain chance we are tracking a little farther downtheline. Right now, beautiful sunset as we look down at san jose, temperatures, tracking back down. Similar temperatures tomorrow, so, we are back into, more of a june pattern with the fog spreading inland, wide range in temperatures in the coast, farther inland and, we are talking about the temperatures in the lower to middle 70s for highs today, now backing down to the 60s for the inland temperatures as the sun goes down. The fog will be widespread and dense. Most locations showing reduced visibility. The fog is going to back up out of the inland valleys, to the bay, to the coast, it will take awhile farther inland. Less than half a mile for santa rosa all of way back down to 10 00 or so. Breaking down to sunshine. The fact that the fog lingers longer, it will have a impact on your temperatures. 40 to 50 degrees to begin the day on tuesday. Then temperatures will try to warm up. Will they have success . Well, yeah, inland. Lower 70s in the Santa Clara Valley and inland. 74 degrees in antioch, 74 degrees in morgan hill. Those will be the warm spots, then the onshore breeze, 50 degrees in half moon bay. A couple degrees warmer in San Francisco. 62 is the exact normal high temperature, the temperatures in the north bay, not as warm as other inland parts of the bay area. That is the impact of the fog lingering longer. Highs in the upper 50s to around 70 degrees. Farther downtheline, tracking the next rain chance, farther out. Uncertainty regarding the details. Looking at it. Side by side, where they agree or having the differences, they agree a good chance of rain is moving in on friday. Where they differ, exactly when on friday. The american model holds it off a little longer the forecast, bringing the rain in by lunchtime on friday. A good chance for lingering off and on showers on saturday. Be flexible with outdoor plans saturday and sunday and the showers could linger into monday of next week along with the below average temperatures. Now, mainly, middle to upper 50s to around 60 degrees, no big change once the rain chances return.
