The Legault government also hasn’t adequately addressed calls to improve ventilation in schools. It bears repeating that last fall the Lester B. Pearson School Board purchased higher-quality filters for schools with mechanical ventilation systems and purifiers for classrooms in buildings that relied on natural ventilation (open windows and doors), while the province sat on its hands.
