Sot my child went today i figured today was the safest day because of all the security up close you can see multiple bullet holes in one Security Camera watching over the Booksin Elementary School library. The wall behind it also badly damaged. One spot shows 6 bullet holes. The other camera hit, now hangs by a wire. Sot it is unnerving two cameras were shot at overnight. And this is the second time this month someone fired at the Security Cameras. On veterans day a different camera was hit. Parents are trying to understand why this would happen twice. Onetime san leandro Police Officer Marco Becerra acknowledges, he met with the girl while working as an instructor with the departments explorers program. He liked the reputation of being the most evil guy in the world, the most dangerous. George took the time to get to know the man behind the evil. We kinda created a bond where i kept trying to figure out why he did what he did. He says even while in prison manson was manipulative. Things that were borderline to approve, id say let him have it so he could tell me more about the family and people that were in the family. In 1971, manson was convicted of 9 murders, and sentenced to death along with 4 of his followers which was downgraded to life when california banned the death penalty. While getting to know manson, the former counselor says he spoke to at least 5 psychiatrists that told him mansen was by no means crazy hes just an evil guy. A sociopath. That was the diagnosis. The killer threatened to butcher george a number of times, saying he had family on the outside that would carry out the deed. The former counselor says he blatantly ignored the threats. But not all the officers in the prison unit did. They didnt want to stay in the unit. He threatened them and said he had people out there that would kill them and their families, and they transferred. Over the years, manson wrote edwards hundreds of letters to stay in touch. The two men had a bond, where they even took photos together. Edwards wrote a book on manson after retiring. I could never fathom how he could do that. Except he had that charisma.
