Also for cupertino east bay shoreline to the south upper 70s. Big contrast going on in land though tri valley youre looking at mid to upper 80s at that 88 for walnut creek 92 for conquer theres one of those 90s that are put can a little bit 73 for berkeley 77 for richmond up here to the north bay. For us to stay safe during this post coronavirus lockdown so we turned or Health Expert karen want to take a look at some of these she says they range from iffy to high tech high karen good morning by their party happy fathers day, thank you so much appreciate that happy fathers day to your hubby. Thank you lets start off with this vibrating bracelet tell us about that. Yes this now this was one of my ideas and i come from the family of engineers and nobody thought this is it a good all its a great idea because we touched her so many times during the day we dont even realize that were doing it. I remember you are saying that you know youre just trying to be very conscious and you realize how many times he touched her face and thats how you get the virus if its on your hands and it gets into your eyes, your nose, your mouth. Well i read that we touch our faces about 16 times an hour. Yes, sometimes an hour. At least yeah exactly. Yeah, and now with the masks on we touch it even more yeah, especially now were getting around her eyes which is a real danger zone. Exactly how does this work. So it will vibrate it, yeah it will vibrate anytime your hand comes close to your eyes nose or mouth, ok, but they do recommend putting it on your dominant hand. My sense. Yeah, but you know to folly a get the benefit of it you actually need 1, 4, 8, and they run of 50 per share will risk and theyre kind of price they are pricey and on or theyll watch also or is it just isnt just the vibration. Its just a vibrator all right have watched you have to add that your wrist will be covered all so that again is 50 that you this other one is much cheaper. And weve bart released these are the hand straps right right right so it worked with trying to prevent it, touching these high touch surfaces. Hes right henschel contaminate surfaces so they came up with this straps they were giving them at the beginning im not sure if theyre still giving them away for free i think you are ging now i think its 5. Yeah ok so it is 5 you could also craft your own sure out some of the people that are my side he says that theyre concerned that it was going to be too high up they stepped it up on top sure, but it like in that picture you can strap it on today back in the sea you can also stepping on to the vertical pole and that will work for you too well, this is especially handy, considering that more and more people are starting to go back to work. Yes, and i noticed that with the traffic on the roads and the awesome definitely everyones going back again so again this is much cheaper 5 per strapped by as you mentioned you could probably make one yourself for just about nothing its exactly yeah. You use your doggie strapped to these 2 great idea just go to just go to the pet store. Yeah, and you just want something thats very strong and sturdy right because right as it now this next one you have use of right. I love this and i actually they came out with its a personal portable. A lunchbox but its also out a warmer or it actually cooks inside real it as a heating unit insight well, like so yeah and it will heat your food up to a 165 degrees. So it actually cooks and when the reason this is really handy is because a lot of offices are now going to kind of laid limon 8 that the shared a lunchroom got the microwave and sometimes us it can be pretty dirty too so. This is one way to bring your own lunch people tell me i get tired of eating a salad or modes. And this play they can bring their leftovers heated up. The company says they can also put a frozen meal in here just box and all and heated up will be dark. Well, you promoting frozen the you know my daughter my daughter was my daughter was visiting for a fathers day i was talking to her about using the big company. Refrigerator where she works and others like 75 people there and as you know it can get pretty dirty and grungy inside. And she says oh no, i dont even touch that same with the microwave so this is this is perfect. Perfect and then you can plug it in. At right there at your they also have one that you can plug into your car battery but they act are okay then people tell me that they they just want to get away and just eat in the car hit the you cant blame cant blame anybody exactly its a great little candy lunchbox and warmer for camping and and if youre going off site to have a hot meal and whats that cause care. This is a they do have them on sale for 40 right now i have to do that or casserole size and those are great great idea, lets lets move on now because so many of us are thinking about her cell phones and were scrubbing them down with wipes and things like this. You have you have another option. Yes, so, yeah because i kind of worried about getting that my phone wet and some of the young its wet so they come out with and youll see these you the light sanitizers in many shapes and forms now and wants and and this is a phone sanitizer has 6 you the lights in it using uvc which is a lot stronger. But the thing is it has been shown to. To kill coronavirus is other coronaviruses us stars and bars. It hasnt been proven to at yet eliminate the coronavirus covid19 o all right, lets good to know that. Yes but they do you think say that they think its very likely it will. It will kill out so many germs they they they university of michigan did a study and they found that that our phones have 10 times more bacteria than a toilet seat so also helped get rid of those other cars well oh well that makes it were worth its weight in gold just for that karen yeah, what the call was the cost of those you know those are about a 120 something a little bit pricey the thing is there are all kinds out on the market now so you might want to check it out little person shot one thing with uvc light you really have to be careful because they they have the winds now you cannot get that light on your skin thats why that one to me is a little bit more acceptable because its a neck in close box and then you cant dont want it on your skin at all. In the time that we have left lets go from that high tech to some very low tech. Oh yeah, the little door open. Yeah, and those are those are handy and there are so many out there right now that this one is made out of metal and some of those doors are really heavy. So sometimes those plastic ones really they dont break. So you want to look for something thats very strong they range in price for anywhere from 15 to 40 okay about, but they also have that blunted edgy could you know push that touch screens with it too and also the elevator button once you get in thats great. Thank you lets start off with this vibrating bracelet tell us about that. Yes this now this was one of my ideas and i come from the family of engineers and nobody thought this is it a good its a great idea because we touched her so many times during the day we dont even realize that were doing and i remember you are saying that you know youre just trying to be very conscious and you realize how many times he touched her face and thats how you get the virus if its on your and it gets into your eyes, your nose, your mouth. Well i read that we touch our faces about 16 times an hour. Yes, sometimes an hour. At least yeah exactly. Yeah, and now with the masks on if we touch it even more yeah, especially now were getting around her eyes which is a real danger zone. Exactly how does this work. So it will vibrate it, yeah it will vibrate anytime your hand comes close to your eyes nose or mouth, ok they do recommend putting it on your dominant hand. My sense. Yeah, but you know to folly a get the benefit of it you actually need one for 8 and they run of 50 per share will risk and theyre kind of price they are pricey and on or theyll watch also or is it just isnt just the vibration. Its just a vibrator all right have watched you have to add that your wrist will be covered all so that again is 50 that you this other one is much cheaper. And weve bart released these are the hand straps right right right still it worked with trying to prevent it, touching these high touch surfaces. Yeah, and you just want something thats very strong and sturdy right because now this next one you have use of right. I love this and i actually they came out with its a personal portable. Lunchbox but its also out a warmer or it actually cooks inside real it as a heating unit insight well like so yeah and it will heat your food up to a 165 degrees. So it actually cooks and when the reason this is really handy is because a lot of offices are now going to kind of laid limon 8 that shared a lunchroom got the microwave and sometimes us it can be pretty dirty too so. This is one way to bring your own lands people tell me i get tired of eating a salad or modes. And this play they can bring their leftovers heated up the company says they can also put a frozen meal in here dis box and all and heated up will be dark. Well, you promoting frozen the you know my daughter my daughter was my daughter was visiting for a fathers day i was talking to her about using the big company. Refrigerator where she works and others like 75 people there and as you know it can get pretty dirty and grungy inside. And she says oh no, i dont even touch that anymore. Same with the microwave so this is this is perfect. Perfect and then you can plug it in. At right there at your they also have one that you can plug into your car battery it put after okay then people tell me that they they just want to get away and a seat in the car hit the items you cant blame cant blame anybody exactly its a great little candy lunchbox and warmer for camping and and if youre going off site to have a hot meal and whats that cost care. This is a 50 say they do have them on sale for 40 right now i have to do that or casserole size and those are great great idea, lets lets move on now because so many of us are thinking about her cell phones and were scrubbing them down with wipes and things like this. But the saying is it has been shown to. To kill coronavirus is other coronaviruses us stars and bars. It hasnt been proven to at yet eliminate the coronavirus covid19 o all right, lets good to know that. Yes but they do you think say that they think its very likely it will. It will kill still many germs they they they university of michigan did a study and they found that that our phones have 10 times more bacteria than a toilet seat so also helped get rid of those other well that makes it were worth its weight in gold just for that karen yeah, what the call was the cost of those you know those are about a 120 something a little bit pricey the thing is there are all kinds out on the market now so you might want to check it out little person shot one thing with uvc light you really have to be careful because they they have the winds now yeah you cannot get that light on your skin thats why that one to me is a little bit more acceptable because its a neck in close box and then you cant dont want it on your skin at all in the time that we have left lets go from that high tech to some very low tech. Oh yeah, the little door open. Yeah, yeah and those are those are handy and there are so many out there right now that this one is made out of metal and some of those doors are really heavy. So sometimes those plastic ones really they dont break. So you want to look for something thats very strong they range in price for anywhere from 15 to 40 okay now, but they also have that blunted edgy could you know push that touch screens with it too and also the elevator button once you get in thats great.
