Other news now and we have new cell phone video that were seeing tonight it shows the San Jose Police officer, kicking and dragging a woman during an arrest and that has landed this officer on administrative leave the Police Department says officers had initiated a traffic stop one stay on a car wanted for evading officers and incident that was earlier this month. Theyve got cell phone video of the arrest you can see the officer handcuffing of a woman bottle of famer, an on the ground then the officer dragged her by the hand cuffs across the ground in front of his police car. The woman was booked into Santa Clara County jail for driving on a suspended license possession of paraphernalia and resisting arrest.
