Yeah certainly outside tonight things very slick out there in fact up for the golden gate bridge, the rain is beginning to move in once again, well see that overnight tonight more showery type whether or not that steady rainfall. But the storm is not done with this you can see all that Energy Moving on shore as the main front moving south now in the monterey bay behind that weve got another wave of moisture and then outside here you can see the pacific all those cold speckle clouds. Yeah thats very unstable air thats beginning to make its way toward the west coast. So yeah weve got a long way to go here still more showers on tap for tonight, you see the snow up in the Sierra Nevada thats a nice sight to see 2 more rain dropping around the bay area really coming in with some gusty winds today as it moved on shore in fact youll see as it moves on through love those winds even in the urban 20 plus miles an hour over the mountain tops we have some gusts upwards of 50 miles per hour. So here we sit now not as windy still breezy outside part of the bay area this next for a weak little way making its way through beginning to push in from or and stretching down now in towards San Francisco in parts of the east bay you can see it right there this band that is beginning to make its way a little for the south thats the next little weak wave. Thats coming through now so the rain likely going to pick up here in the San Francisco in the not too distant future back the next few minutes likely going to see that pick up more scattered showers into parts of the east bay, san ramon live more widely scattered showers there and then further to the south and the san jose took a while to get there today, but finally start to pick up that rainfall in the continues now most of very light in the san jose, but certainly get the drops out there now the Santa Cruz Mountains getting some rainfall out there too in fact not bad at all this is a good way to start this not too much we get too much rain in her them are talking about debris flows mudslides and all kinds of problems in those burn areas. At a san jose nursing home, yes, so far more than 30 patients and workers have tested positive for the virus. Right now Santa Clara County Health Leaders are working to contain and fund the source of a covid19 outbreak inside the walls at the atria willow glen Senior Living facility in san jose. According to the company that owns the facility, 33 residents and Staff Members have tested positive for coronavirus the company says that many of the cases are asymptomatic they issued this statement to kron 4 news saying in part quote we continue to operate with escalated safety protocols at atria willow glen. This includes restricting access to essential visitors only screening staff for temperatures and symptoms are regularly and frequently monitoring residents for any symptoms. It definitely emphasizes the fact that. Into our congregate. Gatherings or purchased very dangerous when it comes as pandemic Santa Clara County board supervisor dave says that the county is looking for answers in the outbreak. It comes as Santa Clara County deals with the rapid rise in covid19 cases court is he says that right now the county is testing 3,000 people a day and has about a 1000 contact tracers monday the county moving back to california as most restrictive reopening tear. Not knowing when the county could move up again. He says will force county leaders to make some tough decisions when it comes to the budget.
