Now the 2 are said to be acquaintances and prosecutors allege that back in early april many drove lead to a secluded area near San Franciscos written con hill neighborhood and stabbed him to death 3 times with a kitchen knife. Now, mo, many was arrested about a week later and officials believe lee had been hanging out with will moneys sister before that, which led to an argument between the 2 men. Many thought that the 2 were doing drugs together. Now, prosecutors have brought witness statements, Text Messages and video of the 2 leading the sisters condo at one point. Many pleaded not guilty. And at the end of may is attorney paula canny actually withdrew herself from the case. But during that time, she did give suggestion to that she would be pursuing a selfdefense argument if she had stayed on the case. His new defense team, however, has not commented anything regarding to what they will be bringing to the table today. And again, this preliminary hearing starts at 9 oclock. We dont have an update on their condition, but we do know that this happened hours after 3 people were shot and 7 others injured. 2 separate shootings that happened on friday. Got 7 others suffered injuries from the broken glass. Just an hour before that another shooting happened in the area of 19th street and broadway. Taylor swift head to shows here friday and saturday night and with so many people attending Public Transportation was strongly encouraged and it was used vta hitting record.
