His testimony focused on a bloodstained kitchen knife found on the ground inside a locked gate. Caltrans parking lot about 4 yards from the crime scene. The officer also testified that investigators found in an house person laying down in that area. But the person did not give a clear and rational statement for why he was 40 feet away from the scene. The second witness was crime scene investigator rosalind check, who testified about collecting and processing the evidence.
