Just like the waves with kind of separating us and he was staying afloat. But even for me, i was getting brought under the waves were coming over and it can to stay current. The thinking he was picking the couple, waved a boats and yelled for help. Eventually alexie was able to make it over to her husband. Can todays first witness in the hearing was San Francisco Police Officer cedric could who responded to the scene of that deadly stabbing. His testimony focused on a bloodstained kitchen knife found on the ground inside a locked gate. Caltrans parking lot about 4 yards from the crime scene. The officer also testified that investigators found in an house person laying down in that area. But the person did not give a clear and rational statement for why he was 40 feet away from the scene. The second witness was crime scene investigator rosalind check, who testified about collecting and processing the evidence. She told the court she did not collect fingerprints from the robber handle of the knife found at the scene. When you want to see if someones touching something, you fingerprint analysis, right . Garamendi says hes been in contact with the families of farmers who sold their land flannery and claim that they didnt want to sell to begin with. But flannery made them an offer. They couldnt refuse. Mystery company, Flannery Associates agreed to pay well above the market value of the land. But now flannery is suing those families for 510 Million Dollars accusing them of conspiring together to inflate the value of the land saying, quote, this is a simple case about a group of wealthy landowners who saw an opportunity to conspire collude, price fix and illegally overcharged. Flannery. It is a suit designed to force. Farmers. Lawyer up spend tens of thousands of dollars on lawyering. And maybe at the end of the day. Bankrupt themselves. Companies with ties to china have been ramping up efforts to buy American Farmland in recent years.
