They said they are fed up with crime and a lack of a Permanent Police chief in the city. A Fairfield School resource officer has been arrested after being accused of sending Inappropriate Text Messages to 2 teenage girls. Fairfield Police Officer james lewis was working at Rodriguez High School when hes accused of sending messages to 2 students, parents of those girls leading a learned the department about the messages. Lewis was later booked into Solano County jail. Hes facing serious charges, including contacting a minor with intent to commit a crime and child possession in response to the ongoing investigation.
