He was driving, struck a tree right near martinez, according to chp. This happened sunday around 09 30am. Man was driving a ride along eastbound Franklin Canyon role. When the car left the road hit the tree. The man died at the scene. Early investigation shows that he was not wearing a seatbelt. The time of the crash. The Police Arrested a woman suspected of stabbing her mother to death. Stabbing happened just before 3 sunday afternoon.
