It is very durable, even during fires as intense as this one, which is why the building never collapsed. When this man walked up, his name is Wesley Pollard and he ended up getting into an and punching the plainclothes Police Officer in the suit there, whos protecting the mayor. Pollard was charged with felony resisting and officer by means of threat or violence. And also faces a misdemeanor charge. San jose police say he also has an outstanding arrest warrant out of georgia for resisting arrest. In the east bay. 27 yearold mark simon, who you see here faces attempted kidnapping and child charges in walnut creek and police are looking to see if there are any other victims of hand.
