Alright, Police Arrest a man accused of striking someone with in the head with a rifle in walnut creek. Police say this attack happened back in march near las lomas high school. The victim was found with a head wound believed to be from the stock end of an assault rifle. Suspect was later identified as 28 yearold Malcolm Harris of sassoon city. This week, harris was found and arrested by police in las vegas. Hes currently in the Contra Costa County jail. And hayward is arrested after investigators say he shot a man and then buried the body. Witnesses say the shooting happened back on april. 26 near san antonio in hammond streets. 40s later the suspected shooter was seen riding an atv near the train tracks and tennyson road.
