But oakland Officials Say they did a survey with customers and they found that these customers actually like the name change and welcome. It will take a listen to what San FranciscoCity Attorney david chiu had to regarding that we had a chance finally to take a look at their socalled customer survey. And it was riddle with all sorts of issues. It was essentially a survey that push respondents toward the answers that they wanted. It didnt give them the direct choice. Well understand how clearly similar those 2 names are and the likely confusion that those names will create. And thats a standard for a clear infringement case.
