They say the bouts of gunfire lasted 11 minutes and there is video from Police Body Cameras that show officers responding. Las vegas police shared video of officers body camera footage from the night of the shooting. Investigators say a Hotel Security guard and police managed to locate the gunman, inside the mandalay bay hotel, stopping the massacre. New video shows the doorway of the gunmans room, 135 on the 32nd floor, one of the guns visible inside. In detail, they explained that he positioned two cameras in a food service cart outside his hotel room. One inside the door people to watch for any approaching officers.
