Police say Marcio Gonzalez junior was arrested in morgan hill and is facing charges of Sexual Assault of a minor. Jesse gary is live with the new details via learning. Reporter Morgan Hill Police say gonzales was arrested earlier today at his mothers house without incident. Because of his work as coach he was and what they call target rich environment i would not be surprised if of additional victims come forward. It happens quite often in these cases. Reporter gonzalez met his victim while working as a part time circuit soccer coach for several schools in Santa Clara County. It happened at a private residence within the last two years. One of the schools where he coached his Live High School in morgan hill where one coach expressed surprise at hearing the news live oak high school. It is disturbing. There seems to be a lot of that coming up in the news. Reporter girls varsity coach said all coaches are required to go through background checks before interacting with child athletes. Coaches and girls are never in oneonone situations outside of practice games. It is really surprising Something Like that would get through. Reporter gonzalez also coached at Oak Grove High School in san jose and South Valley Junior High School in gilroy. He coach for the sentinel soccer club. Officials had no comment. Officials for the Eastside School district say none other students are involved in that we are shocked and deeply disturbed this could happen. Esther gonzales has been relieved of his position. Officials say so far only one victim has come forward to report alleged Sexual Assault. Given he has coach for four years at multiple locations around the country they fear there could be more. Our goal is to get the information out there. If there are additional victims we would want to know about it. Reporter gonzalez also worked as a lift driver. They want that out there is well. In case any of his victims were passengers. Right now he is in the Santa Clara County jail. Held on one count of Sexual Assault likely to be arraigned tomorrow or friday. Oakland Police Investigating a shooting that left one man dead. It happened at 1 pm this afternoon near 45th and market street. Police say one victim was driven to the hospital where he died. Another man showed up at the hospital with gunshot wounds. They are trying to determine if he was injured in the same gunfire. I just heard the shooting. He came out after the fact. I wasnt going to rush out too fast and see what was going on. I saw the person in the car i guess he got shot. The second victim is expected to survive. There is no word on a motive. The suspects were driving a silver fourdoor sedan. Crime stoppers is offering a 15,000 reward for information leading to an arrest in the case.
