The man was on a day to with his girlfriend. At some point she realized someone had stolen her wallet from her purse. He was trying to console her. A man suspected of injuring a bar passenger with a box cutter is behind bars and scheduled to undergo psychiatric evaluation. They received reports of a disruptive passenger on the train at 9 45 am. What happened is he was flailing with a box cutter inside the train and he cut the hand of an adult female who was aboard the train. The injured passenger is expected to be okay. The head of Nustar Energy and crockett is facing accusations involving its response to this weeks explosion and fire. The fire raged for seven hours on tuesday. The Contra Costa County supervisor said when crews arrived on the scene a locked gate prevented them from getting to the flames.
