One person is dead after spin out on 580 in oakland. It has caused multiple cars to crash. This was the scene at 4 am near the lakeshore exit. A mercedes spun out and blocked two lanes. Then a pickup truck hit the mercedes. Drivers of both vehicles got out of the cars and the pickup driver was hurt. Gabriel gonzalez was riding his bike near curtner avenue on monterey street when he said officer david mazama pulled alongside him and started screaming.
