Two 13yearold boys are facing arson and manslaughter charges for allegedly starting a fire that killed two firefighters. That fire burned last night in porterville, in the Central Valley between fresno and bakersfield. The firefighters killed were rushing to put out that fire, were identified as 35yearold fire captain raymond figueroa, and 25yearold firefighter patrick jones.
