Authorities say k9 search teams made the difference. Two of the k9s were able to track his scent, and found him off of the trail. Without them and the assistance of the search and rescue members that were assigned to them and the expensive search, i dont know that we would have been able to find him without the k9s. Two 13yearold boys are facing arson and manslaughter charges for allegedly starting a fire that killed two firefighters. That fire burned last night in porterville, in the Central Valley between fresno and bakersfield. The firefighters killed were rushing to put out that fire, were identified as 35yearold fire captain raymond figueroa, and 25yearold firefighter patrick jones.
