Investigators say a 20yearold man in an infinity car was shot and killed and his 19yearold passenger suffered gunshot wounds. The driver of the other car was also shot and wounded. In Santa Clara County, a judge has dismissed marijuana convictions against 1000 people. The judge signed orders today to either reduce or expunge the records of those convicted of marijuana related offenses.
