A lot of social media has actually decreased, we saw this online. 50 increase in kids talking coming in to talk about Mental Health conditions. So, youre right. There is a lot going on and here comes this horrible situation with george floyd and, the Racial Disparity both unearthed and all the pain from before. Lets talk about social media a minute more, studies have shown increased social media use can lead to poor Mental Health. Certainly many young people are taking to social media to amplify their message. Time you put the device away. Its you limit social media among youth in particular. Because, remember, lots of the social media really does isolate youth. It keeps them lonelier. And more to themselves. And, i think that this epidemic has really highlighted that, so, a lot of the efforts families have to make now is to provide some levels of ability to exercise, to have kids safely get together with their masks in our neighborhood, kids are riding their bikes, flat street, kids up and down the street, riding their bikes which is able to keep the social distance, they have masks on, and, being able to talk to one another and have the social connectedness which is still so important for you.
