But its clearly targeted toward a port company that filed a lawsuit against a team earlier this year. Theyre suing the state agency for what it regulates what would be a neighbor at the teams planned future home at the howard terminal. We filed a lawsuit against the department of toxic substance and control in relation to their lack of enforcement of environmental laws on steel. The as lawsuit claims snitser steel produces residue and the dtsc has exempted the company from having to comply with laws managing hazardous shedder waste. We see these black plumes of smoke and things of that nature. Its just very important that laws are followed. Reporter but critic clarence thomas, a member of the east oakland stadium alliance, fighting for the team to redevelopment its current east out the port and its high paying jobs for valuable waterfront property. You can certainly see that they are on the cool side, compared to what weve been seeing. We had 70s, low 80s in the warm spots. Santa rosa turns out to be one of the warmer spots. Now tomorrow, as we go forward, things are going to warm up nicely. Well see temperatures more low 80 80s in the warm spots, and then a little more each day. You can see its foggy out there. Were seeing a really robust sea breeze up into the delta. Sacramento today was just in the lowtomid 80s. So much cooler around the bay area. This low Pressure Center up here is the reason. As it dropped closer to us in the winter, it would be rain, but this time of the year, it just takes the fog and pushes it onshore, and we had a lot of it. In some places, saw very little sun today, if any. The green represents in my mind the sea breeze. It represents temperature on this map, but the green shows you how far the marine influence is going inland. You can see it cooled off a lot yesterday. Cooled further today. So between today and yesterday, some areas lost 15 to 20 degrees. Tomorrow the High Pressure builds in, and the fog gets more restricted to the coast. But as you see here, not tomorrow morning. Tomorrow morning, its not horribly restricted at all. Its going to have that big, wide, all bay area counties loaded up with fog, but then it burns off, and well be looking at temperatures generally in the 70s in the yellow spots. And see how the fog is restricted to the coast now . That to me kind of lets you know, okay, High Pressure is pinching it down. Its not a warm day or a hot day tomorrow. Its just more sun, a little bit, and a little bit warmer, which will be nice. As you look in the santa clara valley, the air quality has been nice, and the fire danger has been manageable with this pattern, and were going to go into a warmer pattern as we head towards the weekend. So youll see on the weekend, the plan on here is some upper 80s low 90s, but, you know, thats warmer than weve seen. So its a nice week ahead. Again, at this point, were not looking at any extreme fire danger in the forecast, which is always something we can just kind of take a deep breath over. This is the time of year where you can get some patterns that can be super red flag warningish, and this sentence the plan. This whole week looks pretty manageable. Enjoy it, wear a jacket if youre at the coast. All right, bill, thank you. A lot of nutritious food was distributed in the east bay today. Two families in need. Cars lined up for the food giveaway at bellaire school. Everyone received bags and boxes including a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables.
