Kumar Arun Neppalli charged with defrauding Indian-Americans

Michael Easley, the federal prosecutor for eastern North Carolina, announced on Tuesday that Kumar Arun Neppalli, 56, has been charged with defrauding 12 Indian Americans through Ponzi Scheme.
