Coral have agreed to install the new interactive Racing Post Digital Betting Shop Display (BSD) in eight of their stores across the UK and Ireland. The decision, which Ladbrokes and Coral hope will help create ‘the betting shop of the future’, comes after the operators shift away from print newspapers in store, replacing form sheets with digital displays. Discussing the new BSDs, Entain Retail Product Manager Toby Cook said: “We know what customers expect and are constantly looking for Racing Post updates on the live racing. For years that has been through the newspaper and the betting shop display. “Now we’re delighted to be moving with the business as we continue our digital journey. The new interactive screens have already been hugely successful in our shops in London and Dublin. We’re delighted to be installing them in more shops up and down the country.”
