Ladbrooke JMI is getting a new classroom. - Credit: LA Construction After a Potters Bar school's builders went into administration during the pandemic, Ladbrooke JMI was left devastated and with no more money to get the work done. But now, Hatfield-based LA Metalworks' Scott de la Fuente has come to the rescue after hearing about the school's issues. Scott also wanted to give back to the area and the road, Watkins Rise, where he grew up. Ladbrooke JMI is getting a new classroom. - Credit: LA Construction The LA Foundation offered the school a £12,500 donation and to build the outdoor classroom at cost. This meant the school could have their facility for the balance they had remaining from the fundraising, which was raised by the community and parents.
